Thomas Renne
PhD candidate
2021

Thomas Renne is a bioinformatics PhD student dedicated to unraveling and quantifying the impact of rare genetic variants on neurodevelopmental disorders. His research has already demonstrated that rare structural variants impact cognitive ability differently, depending on both their gene dosage and functional annotations. Currently, he is developing methods to identify brain cell liabilities related to Autism in the context of rare mutations.
