Florian Bénitière

Florian Bénitière is a bioinformatician working on large-scale genomic data analysis. His activities mainly focus on the annotation of genetic variants (SNVs, CNVs) and the analysis of large population-based cohorts. To this end, he uses a variety of computing environments, including cloud infrastructures (Google Cloud, AWS, DNAnexus, AllOfUs Workbench) as well as the high-performance computing (HPC) facilities of the Digital Research Alliance of Canada. In addition, he develops tools and pipelines for the laboratory’s projects.
